About Cats Hampson

Author and illustrator of Luna, the Little Moon Bear Cub published by New Holland Publishers

(under the name Cats Thompson), Cats Hampson has always dreamed of writing and illustrating a picture book about neurodivergence aimed at a young audience.
Working alongside children and teenagers with diverse needs for over 15 years, Cats has developed a passion for nurturing and enriching the lives of young people. Her YouTube channel Stories with Cats Hampson features more than 10 traditional remodelled traditional tales and is extremely popular. It is an ongoing project that will hopefully feature more stories in the near future.
